Dr Thomas Sowell Discussing Dishonorable, Duplicitous Democrats

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/10/18

Via Representative Michele Bachmann (R – MN).

It’s actually very simple, Dr Sowell. The Modern Left have decided that they have the Orwellian power to redefine anything they wish to mean anything they wish, and to Sheol with the Truth.

By the way, a race traitor (according to today’s Left) made the comment and a man with boobs (according to today’s Democrat office-holders) is helping make the comment viral.

Barack Hussein Obama Booed At Fenway Park

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/04/21

If a very Boston crowd, a very New England crowd, a very Liberal crowd actively boos Barack Insane Obama, what do you think “fly-over country” feels about this radical Socialist race-baiting Tenth Commandment-violating gun-grabbing Catholic-hating Israel-hating Constitution-torching narcissistic false god?

The oceans began to recede.
He brought us out of darkness and into the light. (Micah, Matthew, and, according to Michelle, her husband Barack)

Socialist Mental Gymnastics

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/10/09

Or, The Art Of Pretzel Logic

Smitty linked to Karl’s article at Hot Air that Dana Pico linked to from Patterico’s Pontifications, discussing why gridlock is a good thing. Smitty then contrasted that with the Occupy Wall Street mob.

If it just hurts too bad to try to get the government federal government to do things for you, then, if you’re like 99% of the people, you’ll figure it out for yourself. The 1% of the #OccupyWallStreet crowd? … [T]here are, in fact, unreachable people.

I’ve met a few of those unreachable types throwing their bile on Conservative blogs. Smitty goes on to link to Tina Korbe’s article as he ties the Occupy Wall Street nutters to Socialism. I myself have tied those clowns to Socialism.

And the anarchist socialist for huge government and freebies (how many oxyMORONS is that, again?) is fool enough to call people who confront his moronitude an economic neophyte! Absolute hilarity!

They are definitely Socialist in their “free meds, free college, 20-dollar-an-hour pay for doing anything or nothing, more freebies” mantra. They are definitely anarchist in their demands for border-free living and other demands. They are definitely for massive government growth with their demands for absolutely huge government spending and their demands for huge amounts of government hand-outs and their demands for allotta tariffs. Which means their demands, taken as a whole, are oxyMORONIC and convoluted and incoherent.

And Smitty explains the four steps of Socialism:

Socialism is the ultimate form of passive aggression, and an easily described four step process:

  1. Marx said: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”
  2. This means: “If I can’t have it, you can’t have it.”
  3. You have; therefore, you stole.
  4. Having branded you a thief, all attacks are moral.

This is very true. It is also very true that Socialism requires a Government-level violation of the Tenth Commandment.

  • You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

Therefore, it is not possible to hold to Socialist principles and be true to Judeo-Christian principles at the same time.

Going back to the Socialist four-step process (which is lie-filled), “Having branded you a thief, all attacks are moral.” That means “the ends justifies the means” and they will use any means possible, including violence, the threat of violence, law-breaking, anarchic mob-rule, lies, personal irresponsibility, and anything else imaginable. Such as the OWS mob threatening to break into homes of the Wealthy and Corporate or entering corporate offices and violently murdering the corporate officers and employees found there. Or the OWS mob defecating on police cruisers (that particular photo at second link).

While these violent, law-breaking anarcho-socialists are out there breaking laws and threatening violent murder, many of their Left-wing fellow travelers — in Congress and in society — are loudly proclaiming their support. Frances Fox Piven of Cloward-Piven infamy is undoubtedly proud of the violent, law-breaking radical Leftist uprising. Perry Hood, a commenter at Common Sense Political Thought, has on multiple occasions warned of violent uprisings if the Government didn’t proceed along the path he, a Socialist who claims to merely be “Progressive” (same thing), wants. He has repeatedly pointed to the violent uprisings in Europe (which are Leftists demanding more freebies from Governments which are collapsing under the weight of the debt caused by an excess of freebies) as proof of what is coming to the US if the Socialists don’t get their way.

We have seen how the Left acts when it doesn’t get its way: Violence, threats of violence and murder, destruction of property, attempts to overturn the democratic process, violations of Laws myriad and sundry. We have also seen how the Right acts when it doesn’t get its way: Peaceably assembling for redress of grievances, personal responsibility, and the use of the democratic process (the November, 2010 elections) to get what it wants.

Re-education Camps And Beheadings

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/10/03

That is Roseanne Barr’s prescription to deal with the wealthy. Pure Socialist claptrap and Tenth Commandment violation. But what do you expect from Hollyweird?

As Ed Morrissey says:

Just remember that when conservatives organize into grassroots movements, it’s almost always about protecting their own property and individual liberty. When leftists decide to start grassroots movements, like OccupyWallStreet or Barr’s example of leftist populism, it almost always involves seizure of property, threats of violence, and eventually re-education camps and the guillotine.

Liberals, I Have A Challenge For You

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/09/17

I have a challenge for you Liberals. I know you loathe challenges, so much so that you have even refused to allow scorekeeping in some organized youth sports. But try to get over your fear of challenges to accept my challenge. I have a single rule for you to follow by letter and spirit:

You shall not covet your countryman’s house. You shall not covet your countryman’s ability to have a domestic staff, his car or bank account, or anything that belongs to your countryman.

Now the challenge. After reading and fully understanding the single rule, and obeying that rule, put in writing your economic and social agenda for getting the US out of its financial and social morass.

There. That’s the challenge. Do you have the intestinal fortitude to accept the challenge?

I expect Liberals to have three responses to the challenge.
1) Ignore it completely, as many before have done.
2) Complain about how unfair the rule is.
3) Ignore the rule completely while putting forth an agenda that violates the rule with practically every step.

Prove me wrong, oh great and wise Liberals. I challenge you.

Leftist Class Envy (Commandment Ten Violation)

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/08/24

I worked eight years for a manufacturing firm that had both hourly employees and piece-rate employees. The top hourly employees could expect to earn 25,000 a year plus any overtime, whereas the top piece-rate employees were earning as much as 40,000 a year plus overtime.

There was a lady who worked hourly who had been there for five years, so she was at the top of the hourly pay-scale. She was very offended that she was earning 12 dollars an hour while other employees were earning as much as 20 dollars an hour (me, for one). Her solution: Cut the pay of the top earners so theirs would be closer to hers. Understand, cutting the top would not add a dime to her pay, but she thought it only fair that the top not get paid as much since she didn’t.

She could’ve bid onto a piece-rate job, but she did not want that job. There was no hourly rate, unless equipment was broken. All the money had to be made by actually producing product. And at 14 to 23 cents per piece for the vast majority of the product (4 to 8 cents per piece of pipe, more for other items), it was very hard, demanding, fast-paced work to get up to 20 dollars per hour working piece-rate. And rating out her product that she was paid hourly for, her actual piece-rate would have been well below 10 an hour instead of the 12 an hour she earned.

She didn’t want to do what it took to earn the higher pay; she just wanted to take that higher pay away from those who did earn it. And yes, it was much more important to her that the top get chopped than the bottom like her (remember, she was the top hourly rate, not the bottom like she had in her mind) get more. After all, it was only fair to violate the Tenth Commandment and be envious of the pay of other Union members in the same Union shop.

And that’s how it is with the American Leftist agenda. They are all about cutting the top and violating the Tenth Commandment. They aren’t, in actuality, about raising the bottom. “There’s a point when you’ve made enough money” has absolutely nothing with raising the bottom and absolutely everything with cutting down the top and the Envy of Your Neighbor’s Possessions. Where were all the stories about the suffering, starving, poor Americans when Bill Clinton was President? Where are all those stories now? They only show up when a Republican is President. It’s not really about raising the bottom; it’s all about maintaining a victim class that will permanently vote Democrat and advancing the violation of the Tenth Commandment.

And like that woman who was actually the top of her classification and not the bottom, the American Left and their Class Envy are also at the top of the World Poverty classification. Bill Whittle shows very clearly that America’s poor aren’t all that poor.

And most of America’s poor are better off than Europe’s, Africa’s, Asia’s middle class. How did America’s poor become so well-off? Traditional American values, which run afoul of American Leftists’ values. A strong work ethic, a belief that if you work hard enough and smart enough, there is no limit to what you can achieve or have. But the Left, both in the US and in the world (see United Nations) absolutely believe there is a point where you can make or have too much, a most definite limit.

Over 3 billion people would absolutely love to be “poor” like America’s poor. But the world’s Leftist Elite are more interested in pushing Class Envy, being envious of and jealous of their neighbor’s possessions, than in actually lifting up the condition of the world’s poor.

The Two Tenths

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/08/07

The Tenth Commandment:
You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

The Tenth Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

If you do not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor, you will not support any “soak the rich” or “spread the wealth” policies. On the other hand, if you do support any “soak the rich” or “spread the wealth” policies, you stand in direct violation of Providence’s Tenth Commandment.

If you stand on the Tenth Amendment, you will not support the massive over-regulatory regime currently in place, nor will you support any greater regulation and government control. On the other hand, if you support the massive over-regulatory regime currently in place or if you desire a boatload of new regulations, you stand in direct confrontation with the Tenth Amendment.

Tentherism

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/08/07

Truth Before Dishonor is a Tenth Amendment/Tenth Commandment site. The more in line with the Tenth Amendment and the Tenth Commandment one is, the more Conservative one will necessarily be. The reverse is also true. The more one rejects the Tenth Amendment and the more one rejects the Tenth Commandment, the more Liberal/Progressive/Socialist one will necessarily be.

Looking at Liberal, Progressive, Socialist, etc, arguments, I suspect in the range of 90 percent of all their arguments will run counter to the Tenth Amendment, the Tenth Commandment, or both.

There are two forms of Constitutional Tenther.

There is the Bell Curve Tenther, who believes the most power is in the hands of State governments, giving less power to both the Federal government and the Individual. This could also be considered a Letter of the Law Tenther. An example of such a position is Mitt Romney’s position on RomneyCare. It is okay for a State to mandate all its residents purchase a product but it is Unconstitutional for the Federal government to mandate it.

There is the Hyperbolic Curve Tenther of the form “x = 1/y (where both x and y are greater than zero)”. This could also be considered a Spirit of the Law Tenther. The further away from the individual the government is, the less authority over the individual the government should have. And the closer to the individual the government is, the more authority it should have, but the most authority should always reside with the individual and not with any level of government.

The vast majority of Bell Curve Tenthers are most likely found within State governments. Once a Bell Curve Tenther moves into the Federal government, it is highly likely such a Tenther will drop all pretenses and become the full-blown Statist the person actually is, because Bell Curve Tentherism is still a Big Government position. It’s just the location of the government that is in question. As such, the only true Tentherism is Hyperbolic Curve Tentherism.

And Truth Before Dishonor is a Hyperbolic Curve Constitutional Tenther site as well as a Biblical Tenther site.

Introducing Texas Tenther

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/07/24

I have created a new website called Texas Tenther and posted a Welcome article explaining Texas Tenther. I fully intend on maintaining both TBD and Texas Tenther. I hope you find both sites enlightening.

By the way, since it’s better to give than to receive, you can now prove you’re better than me on TT by giving. 🙂

UPDATE: I have decided to fold Texas Tenther back into Truth Before Dishonor.
