Maryland Judge Helps Terrorist Perjuror Shred First Amendment To Destroy Honest Man

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/06/04

Brett Kimberlin who was convicted of more than 33 crimes, including setting off bombs that maimed people and led to a man’s death, perjury, forging Federal Government documents in order to acquire the bomb-making materials to create the bombs he set off and maimed people leading to death, drug-running, and more, has once again perjured himself in court. This time in Maryland, before a Maryland judge who lives not in Maryland but in the Caribbean (where the US Constitution is not the Law of the Land). And that Maryland Judge did everything he could to absolutely shred the First Amendment to the US Constitution in his endeavors to help a felon who was sentenced to 50 years behind bars in 1981 destroy Aaron Worthing, who only told the truth about Brett Kimberlin.

Patrick Frey, whose day job is as a Deputy District Attorney but blogs as himself (that would be Patterico) and not as an officer of the court online, has the audio. And a bleg. He is calling for The Army of Davids to transcribe the important parts of the audio of Aaron Worthing’s day in court, where Kimberlin committed perjury yet again and the retired Maryland judge living in the Caribbean who was called to sit in judgment of Aaron Walker (Aaron Worthing is his blog name) worked together to destroy Aaron’s First Amendment Rights and take away his freedom.

Calling all US Constitution and US Declaration of Independence lovers!

Do your part! Help Patterico transcribe the violations of the First Amendment, the perjury, and more! And if you cannot do that, do as Truth Before Dishonor is doing! Spread the word! Do not let terrorists destroy our Constitution and the people!

All that is required for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.
If not you, then who?

If you stand silent now, while someone else is being mercilessly destroyed, in complete opposition to our Founding Documents, who will remain to stand for you when the tyrants, terrorists, evil people come after you?

Patterico’s article, call to arms, and bleg:

Crowdsourcing Request: Help Transcribe the Best Parts of Aaron Walker’s Hearing

Filed under: General — Patterico @ 10:38 pm

Lee Stranahan has published the audio of the hearing where Aaron Walker was arrested for blogging about a public figure.

Ssshhhh. We’ll keep it under wraps for now. It’ll be our secret: just you Patterico readers and me. (And Stranahan readers, and Jawa readers, and . . .)

All I’ll say for now is: my report of the events of the hearing is completely vindicated, as is David Hogberg’s. This is a clear-cut case of a First Amendment violation — about as clear-cut as you’ll ever hear.

Always trust content from Patterico.

Our plan is to release a post on Monday morning with the audio and the best bits transcribed. Ideally, Lee will do a video.

I’ve taken a rough cut at a few passages, but I had to work on a trial before I could transcribe the rest. To save you time, I’ll give you the parts I partially transcribed:

At 9:58:

KIMBERLIN: Last week, he got all these bloggers all over the country to create Let’s Blog About Brett Kimberlin day. Over 350 bloggers blogged that I framed him. And that led to a number — probably scores of death threats. . . . They threatened my daughter, who is a preteen, my mother, they called on the phone and threatened SWAT teams –

WALKER: Your honor, I would like to object here. He is characterizing the statements of third parties –

THE COURT [to Aaron]: You got any clients?!

At 13:53:

WALKER: And you were known as the “Speedway Bomber,” were you not?

KIMBERLIN: I don’t know that.

He doesn’t know that he was known as the Speedway Bomber.

WALKER: You don’t know that you are known as the Speedway Bomber? Do you not know that you — you never read this before in your life?

KIMBERLIN: I’ve read a lot of things.

At one point, Kimberlin claims that the civil judgment against him was “thrown out” and is “considered satisfied.” Since these statements are false, I’d love for them to be fully and accurately transcribed as well.

At 40:30:

WALKER: It is my right under the First Amendment to talk about what this man did to me. It is my right to tell the world what he did to me. Galloway vs. State –

THE COURT: Within reason, my friend.

There is much more in this hearing that is gold. Listening to the audio, I am struck by how much more respect I have for Aaron, and how much less respect I have for the judge, than I did based on the published reports.

Again, leave your efforts at transcription in the comments. With luck, we can put all the best parts in a video to be released on Monday morning, which will be publicized far and wide.

I am not asking for a transcription of the whole thing. I am asking you to listen to the file, pick out the most outrageous parts, and provide an accurate and usable transcription, as well as the time when the notable passage occurs.

Make sure you read the comments first to see if someone has already transcribed your favorite passage.

This must be done quickly. Every minute that a judge’s order prohibits Aaron from blogging about a public figure, his free speech rights are being violated. This must end as soon as possible. Again, our goal is to get out a comprehensive post on Monday morning.

So get cracking!

This is a situation where you can truly advance the defense of the First Amendment in a tangible way. By accurately transcribing the most shocking parts of this hearing, you can help end this injustice.

Here is the audio:

Release the Army of Davids!

See Patterico’s site for the audio. Listen to it. Join in, however you can. Save this country from rogue Judges (like Maryland judge CJ Vaughey, who lives in the Caribbean) who trample the US Constitution under foot while protecting perjurers who lie in court to destroy honest people.

If Criminal #BrettKimberlin And Crew Thought Anti-Constitutional Threatening Would Silence The People

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/05/30

THEY THOUGHT WRONG!

Brett Kimberlin has been major news at Memeorandum and a major trending hashtag on Twitter for several days now. And each time he or a member of his crew does anything, it makes major news in the blogosphere, creating Memeorandum thread after Memeorandum thread after Memeorandum thread. Convicted serial criminal Brett Kimberlin needs to learn the first rule of holes, and stat. (That first rule of holes is: QUIT DIGGING!!)

At this time on Memeorandum:

#BrettKimberlin BREAKING: Another Critic of Convicted Terrorist Brett Kimberlin Has Been Swatted! (Update: Erickson Speaks!)

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/05/29

Maryland Judge CJ Vaughey may not live in a country governed by the US Constitution but every one of Truth Before Dishonor’s authors do.

UPDATE: I thought I was being snarktastic when I added the above sentence to my blog posts yesterday, but it turns out I was far more accurate than I had thought. I thought Maryland Judge CJ Vaughey actually lived in, you know, Maryland. It turns out I was mistaken. He lives in the Caribbean, where the US Constitution and the First Amendment is not the Law of the Land. And he declared his lack of interest in US Supreme Court rulings, which ran counter to what he did. For more information, read the Conservative Commune and Patterico’s Pontifications. And I fully intend to republish Patterico’s article here.

The below article (with the above title) was originally written by Aaron Walker, a Virginia attorney who blogs under the name of Aaron Worthing on 20120527:

BREAKING: Another Critic of Convicted Terrorist Brett Kimberlin Has Been Swatted! (Update: Erickson Speaks!)

Update: And via the Blaze, he is a Cnn contributor?  Well, if there is any way to keep something out of the news, it is to target one of their friends.  Genius!  If this was Brett Kimberlin, I don’t want to hear anyone claim he is brilliant again.

Update (II): Erick Erickson shares his account.  Because he warned the police ahead of time that this could happen it wasn’t quite the dangerous situation that Patterico faced.  But the intent to intimidate was there.

Update (III): True story, when Kimberlin first obtained my identity, I went to the local police and made sure they knew about this situation and the very real possibility that I might be swatted.  Then as I came back home, I looked at the front yard, where because of sewer pipe problems I had to dig up half the front yard.  I have mentioned before that I find humor in horror, and this was one of those times.  I looked at it and thought to myself, “if someone calls the police and tells them that I killed my wife, they are going to think she’s buried in the front yard!”

It isn’t a laughing matter, but as I told you before, I can laugh at things that are unfunny.  We now resume our original post.

—————————-

What we are watching is the attempt to suppress speech occurring in real time.  Of course we don’t know it is Brett Kimberlin or his allies; for all we know it could end up being a hoax.  But there is a growing pattern.  Patrick Frey has the story.

Let me say something else to the liberals out there.  I have studiously avoided making this a liberal v. conservative thing.  I still believe that the vast majority of liberals and conservatives do not believe that this is the way to carry out our discourses—with criminal actions taken to intimidate the opposition into silence.  This is why it is important for liberals just as conservatives to stand up and demand justice.  Framing a person for a crime should not be a political tactic.  Intentionally putting a person’s life in danger should not be a political tactic.  Filing bogus restraining orders (or peace orders) to keep you from talking about someone should not be a political tactic.
And I believe liberals will come around and denounce these tactics en masse and call for the prosecution of those responsible—if only out of self-interest.  What people posing as liberal activists do today to Patrick, Stacy, Erik and myself, can be done tomorrow to a liberal.  Indeed if conservatives see this as something that is 1) effective and 2) unpunished, some immoral conservative is likely to resort to the same tactics.  If the Krazy Kimberlin’s Krew is not stopped, then Markos Moulitsas or Charles Johnson could find himself on the receiving end of this kind of harassment.
But more important than that, is the simple realization that this shouldn’t happen to anyone, period.  And I do think that both sides believe this, equally.  Call me naive, but it is what I believe.

So why haven’t we seen a massive outcry from liberals so far?  (There are some happy exceptions.)  I think sadly it is a testament to how little the rightosphere and the leftosphere communicate these days.  So let us keep trying to show them how it is serious, evil conduct.  Let us make it clear that all we are asking is for the condemnation that this deserves so that the Krazy Kimberlin Krew will know it has no friends left in this world.  Do not be nasty or confrontational.  Just show them the evidence and ask them to stand beside you.

And I know this might sound self-centered, but I would argue that my case is perhaps the clearest one.  One can debate whether Ron Brynaert swatted Patrick Frey.  In my opinion, it sounds like Brynaert trying not to sound like Brynaert, but reasonable people can disagree.  But in my case, I think the evidence is beyond any reasonable doubt: he tried to frame me for a crime.  So perhaps that is where to start them.  Tell them it is long, but I prove everything I claim.
So it might be useful to start with me, then show them what happened to Patrick and then talk about Stacy and now Erick.
Still, if you are out there blogging about Brett Kimberlin, take measures to protect yourself as soon as possible.  Talk to the police, explain to them the situation and ask them what measures they can take to ensure that a SWATting is less likely to happen to you.  I did this on the first day that I learned that Kimberlin knew my real name.  I honestly don’t know if that prevented him from doing it to me.
And finally, if Brett Kimberlin or his allies really did this, they know nothing about the internet.  They just tried to put out a fire, with gasoline.

My wife and I have lost our jobs due to the harassment of convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin, including an attempt to get us killed and to frame me for a crime carrying a sentence of up to ten years.  I know that claim sound fantastic, but if you read starting here, you will see absolute proof of these claims using documentary and video evidence.  If you would like to donate and help my wife and I in this time of need, please go to this donation page.  And thank you.

Update: Here’s where you can donate to help my and Robert McCain’s family.

Didn’t you hear me?  I said, now!

Joking aside, one thing I left out of my story is how Patrick wrote a long letter to Maryland state authorities urging them to drop charges against me.  I didn’t mention it, because Patrick asked me to hold it back, because it broke news that he wanted to break himself, his way.  Which is a fair request since he did me that solid by writing it in the first place.
I am 90% sure that this means that Patrick has no problem with me publishing the letter.  Here’s an excerpt from it:
Kimberlin filed a ridiculous complaint about me with the California State Bar, claiming among other things that he is “disabled” because he is a felon, and that by writing about his felonious history I was “discriminating” against the “disabled” in violation of California law.
And as soon as I get confirmation from Patrick, I will be putting up a full copy.
By the way, it is funny that they refer to disability discrimination, because there is some evidence that they are themselves practicing disability discrimination.  There is some evidence that they singled me out because I have learning disabilities, falsely believing that this made me somehow uniquely incapable of psychologically withstanding their attacks, as though being dyslexic, etc. is like being bi-polar or something.  It isn’t.  It’s more like being paraplegic or blind—one part is broken, the rest is fine.
In fact an argument can be made that growing up with my disabilities and frankly facing a level of discrimination that people in my demographic don’t ordinarily face toughened me up.  Let me give you a concrete example.

One of my disabilities, dysgraphia, in my particular case, is a disability makes it very hard to write by hand.  When I write by hand, I have been clocked at write four times the “normal” person’s speed when I print, and twelve times the normal person’s speed when I try to write in cursive.  On the other hand, when I type I am perfectly normal, and so that is what I do most of the time.

But I didn’t have that option growing up.  I couldn’t lug around a laptop computer all the time as I do today, because they didn’t exist when I was in high school (or they were prohibitively expensive—I am honestly not sure what the state of technology was back then).  So yes I dropped out of the 11th grade, but what kind of person can make it through 11 grades with that kind of difficulty weighing him down?
I’ll tell you what kind: the most stubborn b*stard you are ever likely to meet, that is what kind.  Indeed the best man at my wedding actually argued that in me my stubbornness became a virtue in me.  I was tenacious in achieving my goals, and I was stubborn in my loyalty to my friends, my dedication to justice and even in my love with my wife.
But of course most relevant here, stubbornly dedicated to seeing that justice be done.  Which is precisely why Brett Kimberlin picked the wrong man to commit a crime against.  He will pay a price for what he did, in the courts of Virginia, and hopefully in the Maryland criminal justice system, too.
Anyway, enough jawboning.  Go read Patrick’s newest piece.  It will be on par with the blockbuster post I wrote that started all of this and you know that is saying something.
And finally to everyone blogging, tweeting, Facebooking, etc. about Brett Kimberlin today, there is simply no way to thank all of you by name.  But know that I thank you, and that everyone you are defending today—not just me, but Seth Allen, Mandy Nagy (who has gone through a similar nightmare for accurately describing Brett Kimberlin’s criminal record), Patrick Frey, and Robert Stacy McCain—and probably other people whose names we haven’t learned yet.
And you are Spartacus.  Or maybe Fonzicus:
Seriously, thank you very much.

My Local Police Department Doesn’t Know What SWATting Is

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/05/28

I called my local police department’s non-emergency line today. I talked to 3 different people, none of whom had ever heard of the term SWATting, and none of whom had ever heard of Brett Kimberlin. My local police department is responsible for protecting over 100,000 people from criminals. And they were totally unaware.

Now, I’m very much a micro-blog, so Kimberlin and crew are far less likely to try to SWAT me. But I am actively republishing articles written by two attorneys — one of them an assistant District Attorney in Los Angeles County — who are being actively intimidated and harassed, one of whom (the ADA) had been SWATted, so that does increase my risk factor somewhat.

But I let the local Law Enforcement know in advance, just in case.

For more information, check out Patterico’s Pontifications, Red State, Hot Air, and Michelle Malkin.

UPDATE
After having written this brief article, Aaron Walker, the Virginia Attorney who blogs by the name of Aaron Worthing, got SWATted.

National Write About Brett Kimberlin Day

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/05/25

Lee Stranahan suggested everyone should blog about Brett Kimberlin, and the reasons for such suggestion should be very clear to regular readers of Truth Before Dishonor (or the vast Conservative blogosphere, for that matter). Last I knew, Lee Stranahan was still a Liberal journalist (but one with integrity). Seth Allen is, as far as I am concerned, a Socialist. But, along with the Conservosphere, Lee Stranahan and Seth Allen have been very willing to shine the light on the dirtball known as Brett Kimberlin. And Brett Kimberlin and crew have used terrifying intimidation tactics against Seth. So, despite the fact that the rightosphere is blowing up with stories about Brett Kimberlin and his “crew” while the leftosphere is not as excited about it, this is not a political “right vs left” issue, but rather, a “right vs wrong” issue. In fact, we on the Right have been rather outspoken in our desire to have our political foes on the Left also write about Brett Kimberlin. Solidarity in the pursuit of a common enemy, as it were.

This is my site. Other authors writing articles on Truth Before Dishonor are doing so because I invited them to be authors on my site. They have the freedom to write about anything they choose, from any position they choose. And sometimes they write from positions contrary to mine and contrary to the official Truth Before Dishonor position (since that position is my position). I write articles elsewhere, but those sites are not mine. They belong to other people. And I strongly advise you to read the below article in its entirety to understand why I do not write about Brett Kimberlin on those other sites. (Here’s a hint: threats against family members (including minor children) of unmet people because someone those unmet people respect spoke the truth about Kimberlin.)

It is important to note that several people who have shown the Light of Truth on Brett Kimberlin has faced malicious and frivolous lawsuits from Brett Kimberlin. They have been threatened and intimidated, their families have been threatened and intimidated, their places of employment have been threatened and intimidated. People have lost their jobs because they spoke the truth about Brett Kimberlin, and those employers were fearful of a convicted bomber showing up at the place of employment. Anonymous bloggers have been outed, their full names, their home addresses, their photos, photos of their homes, information on their families, have all been broadcast over the internet as a result of telling the truth about Brett Kimberlin, the convicted bomber, the convicted perjurer, who was sentenced to 50 years in prison in the 1980s and is free today to harass and intimidate and threaten people who tell the truth about him.

And that, in a direct but roundabout way, is the reason for today being National Write About Brett Kimberlin Day. It might be easy to put out a single brush fire through legal and illegal means. But it is impossible to put out 1,000 burshfires that erupt in a single day, whether by legal or by illegal means. And I allege Kimberlin and his “crew” abuse the former and use the latter.

Patterico, a target of Kimberlin and “crew”, for”special treatment”, has written a very extensive and very explosive article for this national day. And Patterico has specifically said that very extensive article was a very brief “tip of the iceberg” summary, and that the entire material would take weeks to read. I very strongly recommend you read his article. In fact, I have reproduced his article below the fold. (See my permissions declaration at the end of this article.) I also encourage you to read his article on his site, linked above, and read the comment section. And, if you’re a person of courage and Honor, consider writing your own truthful articles about Brett Kimberlin and “crew”.

And now, on to the explosive news about Brett Kimberlin, the proprietor of BradBlog, a well-known Liberal political activist, and others!

It’s The Lib(er)al Way

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/08/18

Yeah, I know removing the “er” from “Liberal” doesn’t spell “Libel” but if you sound it out, it does. And there are quite a large number of Liberals who go straight to the Libel when attacking Conservatives. And so it has always been, if you understand what modern-day Liberalism is and not confuse it with traditional liberalism. And that is another point about modern-day Liberals — the theft of the meanings of words to push their agendae. But that’s another story entirely.

Donald Douglas, a college professor who blogs at American Power, is facing such a villainous hate-filled Liberal Liar. HT The Other McCain‘s Headlines.

Unreal. I know. The allegations are that I’m (1) a child pornographer who (2) requires his students to read his postings. These are breathtaking lies. Carl Salonen submitted not a shred of evidence in support. This is pure, demented libel. But that’s typical for progressives. Carl Salonen and his ally W. James Casper —-who gives the former an outlet to continue threats and football spiking—- are both cowards and liars. I’ll be further documenting and rebutting Carl Salonen’s allegations over the next few days, including a point-by-point refutation the e-mails sent to my college and to Attorney General Kamala Harris. I will also be updating my coverage of Scott Eric Kaufman. He made virtually the same malicious complaints, claiming falsely that I posted pictures of nude woman and pulled those up during classroom lectures, in effect subjecting women to sexual harassment by allegedly “forcing” them to view “inappropriate material.” I’ll have a detailed rebuttal of SEK as well.

(If that’s the SEK I know from Patterico’s Pontifications, that SEK said he was as far to the left of Obama as a person can be.)

But Donald Douglas is not the only person or the first person the large crowd of Leftist Liars have attacked and tried to get fired for voicing a position contrary to Leftist dogma. Patterico has faced the same sort of attacks in his job as an Assistant District Attorney due to Patterico’s positions on his blog site. And of course, there’s the Leftist hysteria about Glenn Beck, the myriad frivolous lawsuits (that got thrown out of court) against Sarah Palin, the myriad Leftist attacks against the TEA Party as supposedly “terrorists”, and the beat goes on.

Liberals don’t always lie to try to get Conservatives falsely imprisoned or fired under false pretense or bankrupt. Most of the time, the Liberal Lies are to prevent an unaware public from knowing the truth and to unjustly sway the vote to the Left. Such as the failed campaign to elect Kloppenburg to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

And then there are the repeated Liberal refrains that Conservatives want to kill grandma or starve the poor or whatever else is on the Left’s mind to lie about. Perry Hood, creator of the hilariously named “Bridging the Gap”, runs through all sorts of lies about Conservatives, such as Perry Hood’s claim that Conservatives hate Obama because Obama is black and Conservatives are raaaaacist. (Never mind that Obama is less than half black and my grandson is less than half white (you do the math).) Examining my sidebars will show how ridiculous that Liberal Libel is, but that’s just the thing: Liberals don’t ever want the truth to become widely known, else they lose all chance at being elected or pushing the US ever Leftward.

And of course, when those Liberals aren’t making malicious libelous claims against Conservatives, they are trying to silence Conservatives. Again, such as Perry Hood’s numerous attempts to silence me over at Common Sense Political Thought (attempts which Dana Pico refused). And notice how the Liberals (Obama included) cried out hysterically when the Supreme Court ruled the First Amendment meant precisely what the First Amendment said in its Citizens United decision. Oh, Unions could air their opinions and positions, but businesses couldn’t because it would be so unfair to let certain various groups of assembled people to the right of Unions have Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Assembly (nevermind the fact businesses are notoriously middle-of-the-road in their political spending and far down on the list compared to Unions and other Left-wing organizations). Common Sense Political Thought has a widget at the bottom of the page that highlights a new college or university each month and that college’s silencing of Conservative speech.

No, there is a large segment of the modern-day Liberals who absolutely do not want Conservatives to speak freely, and will use every means possible, ethical or unethical, legal or illegal, honorable or dishonorable, to silence the Conservative voice.
