Is Leon Panetta Actually Moamar Qadafi?

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2012/03/15

No, he’s not.

I wanted to make that crystal clear, but there’s a definite reason why I asked the question. Allahpundit quotes the New York Times regarding an incident involving the Obama Administration and the US Military. Actually, it’s about the Obama Administration’s Secretary of Defense and the US Military. More accurately, it’s about the Obama Administration’s Secretary of Defense (the guy in charge of all of the US Military) and the US Military in Afghanistan.

The Obama Administration was so fearful of their own Secretary of Defense’s life, surrounded by US Military personnel with weapons that the US Military was forced to “lay down their weapons” before being forced to listen to the Obama Administration’s own Secretary of Defense! Never in my life have I ever heard of a SecDef needing to disarm the Military before being able to appear before the Military, for fear of his life!

It is laughable that the Obama Administration is so fearful of the US Military that the Obama Administration has to disarm the US Military before speaking in front of it. It also shows the absolute disdain for the US Military that the Obama Administration has.

The connection with Moamar Qadafi? (And why he was always a Colonel and never promoted himself to General or Field Marshall is beyond me.) Moamar Qadafi was so fearful of a military coup (like the one he used to gain power) that he, in essence (or possibly in actuality) disbanded the Libyan military and replaced them with mercenaries who were not tied to Libya but were tied to the Qadafi paycheck. And the Obama Administration is so fearful of the US Military that it has to disarm them before their boss can talk to them.

What a pitiful picture that paints!
