Can Californians Get Any More Stupider?

Reading over at ESPN, the Golden State Warriors have a plan to build a new basketball home in San Fransisco, moving away from Oakland. Every penny of the construction cost will be paid for by — you might want to sit down — the Golden State Warriors. And people are suing to prevent its being built.

Although the Warriors agreed to buy the land and build the arena with their own funds, their quest to play in a new facility hasn’t been smooth sailing. They shifted focus to Mission Bay in April after another site didn’t work out.

The lawsuit claims that, in hurrying to get the arena built in Mission Bay, the city agencies violated the California Environmental Quality Act by bypassing urban planning standards as well as violating the community plan, which doesn’t provide for a structure like an arena to be built.

It’s that whole Leftist “you didn’t go through the 500 inspections and we didn’t want it anyway” business that makes every prospective business owner and any who want to move or expand pull his hair out.

One of the lawsuits claims it will cause people being rushed to the hospital to die because the Arena will be close to the hospital. But two points refute that reason for the lawsuit. One, the hospital built very close to the stadium that houses the San Fransisco Giants (or is it the 49ers?), so that wasn’t a concern when the hospital was built. And two, the Warriors (and how are they allowed that name?) have already planned to prevent all traffic from using the road by the hospital, thus, keeping that road clear for the hospital.

If that’s not nutty enough, I responded in that thread and got a completely la-la land response from a Leftist.

Sure, it’s the leftist ideals. Make lots of money, live in a beautiful place, and help shape the world. I guess that’s pretty much the opposite of right wingers like yourself. You know, live off the government, live in a sht hole, and ignore what’s going on around you.

Who Didn’t See This Coming?

The Mainstream Media and the professional race-baiters (sorry for that needless repetition) have convicted George Zimmerman of a hate-crime in the death of Trayvon Martin. They have hyped up the mob hate, led the charge. Jesse “Hymie-town” Jackson, Al “murder enabling” Sharpton, Barack “acted stupidly” Obama have all been involved in instigating massive racial tensions without even bothering to examine any evidence. The New Black Panther Party has issued a 10,000 bounty on Zimmerman’s head, sending out Wanted posters with the message “Dead or Alive” on them, and has told people to get suited up and booted up for a race war. Of course, Eric “my people” Holder, who has already set NBPP members loose after their already voter intimidation convictions as a result of their voter intimidation actions in Philadelphia during the 2008 elections because they were “his people” (meaning skin color), has refused to clamp down on the illegal instigation actions of the NBPP (which will get people murdered).

Well, we now have news out of ABC that a Police Car was riddled with holes in the same neighborhood where Martin was shot. Who didn’t see that coming? As I previously wrote about ABC’s abject propagandastic Leftist racist race-baiting, it should come as no surprise that, even with this story about a police cruiser suddenly obtaining six bullet holes, the whole ABC story is so chock-full of Left-Wing propaganda that it will only serve to hype up the violence coming from the racist Left. ABC has no interest, none whatsoever, in accurately reporting the news or skeptically examining their Leftist sources as those sources spout off without, you know, being informed.

Who would have guessed that race-hatred instigations and cop-hatred instigations out of Obama, Jackson, Sharpton, ABC, NBC, CBS, NY Times, CNN, MSNBC, etc, etc, etc, would have caused people to go out and shoot at cop cars? Who would have guessed that the New Black Panther Party putting a bounty on a man’s head and telling people to suit up and boot up for a race war, with Holder’s complicit non-interference, would have caused people to go out and shoot at cop cars? Yeah, anyone with a brain could have prophesied that outcome. And it’s only going to get worse from here. Because the real racists (who I already listed above) are busily trying to make it a reality. And the lamestream media is busily shilling for the radical Left and not at all interested in honest reporting.
