BREAKING: Kimberlin Ordered to Pay Sanction

Brett never filed an honest suit, from all the information I have seen (although I never looked very hard), and now his shenanigans are costing him money. I’m sure he didn’t expect anything like this out of his lawfare.

Judge Creighton has ordered Brett Kimberlin to pay $600 dollars in legal fees as a sanction for failure to provide timely discovery in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit.
