Hey, Liberals, Riddle Me This

Posted by John Hitchcock on 2011/06/18

Radical Leftists love to claim Social Conservatives, Fiscal Conservatives, National Defense Conservatives, Neoconservatives, TEA Party Conservatives are fascists, with fascism being a massive top-down totalitarian central government ruling over everyone’s life. So, I have a few questions.

Who is it that supports mandatory conscription into the US military, including mandatory conscription of women?
Who is it that supports an all-volunteer US military?

Who is it that supports the mandatory purchase of a product?
Who is it that supports the right not to purchase a product?

Who is it that tells a business owner he is not permitted to have a smoking section in his place of business?
Who is it that wants the business owner to decide for himself whether to allow smoking in his place of business?

Who is it that mandates the level of salt in food?
Who is it that wants restaurant owners and restaurant patrons to decide the level of salt in the food through the Free Market?

Who is it that tells a restaurant it is not permitted to supply a toy with its food?
Who is it that wants that restaurant to decide that for itself?

Who is it that wants to make circumcision a crime?
Who is it that wants the parents to be able to decide for themselves?

Who is it that wants to prevent parents the opportunity to decide their own children’s education, while pushing state-run education?
Who is it that wants parents to have more control over their own children’s education and the State to have less control?

Who is it that pushes daily for massive totalitarian central government and the stripping of Freedom from the people?
Who is it that pushes daily for Limited Government and autonomy for the people?

Sorry, radical Leftists. As usual, when the facts are laid out, you lose.
